Note, the system will not allow you to place a hold if:

1. There are fines on your account of $5.00 or greater.
2. There are overdue items on your account.
3. You are trying to request a video/DVD.
   

Note: The item must be checked out by the person placing the hold.

Step1--Enter STARCat, then Click on the Start Search Button.

Step 2--Enter Search Terms then Click on appropriate Search Button.

Step 3--Click on the title you wish to borrow.

Step 4--Click on Details.

Step 5--Click Hold Button on the Left Side of the screen.

Step 6--Enter you library card number (omit spaces), your PIN (the last 4 digits of your phone number, and select pickup location.



then Click Place Hold

Step 7- A pop up message will appear to confirm your choice for the library you want to pickup the item

Step 8--Confirmation will be given. Click OK Button.
